Thanks Sammich, i didn't see it, but it's an interesting concept. ISPs being forced to start blocking sites that contain copyright material is a bit strange, that would begin steps at corporations or even the government controlling ISPs who may not even be on the same continent as the website in question.
This is a lot like China tbh, I don't like it. First the corporations and Government take ISPs to court for sharing sites with copyrighted content, then ISPs will be forced to block torrent sites or sites that somehow deny freedom of speech if it goes against what one of them think is appropriate.
But it's because of that I don't think it's impact will be a big problem. youtube will probably be more heavily regulated, but at the moment google are trying to make youtube more heavily region locked and have more adverts before, during and after videos based on time. They could use that to offset any 'copyright' issues with music and film industries. Charge them the right to advertise on youtube and pay them a fee to allow for certain copyrighted materials. I dunno, we'll see.
